Everyone sick because of Ego. Many times we practice to live without Ego but we feel It is not possible so we try to understand how this body make and how we work with the presence of God and what is our existence? Body is dead without soul. When we think this body is my existence, we create false ego if our skin is white we think we are beautiful and if black then we are ugly. Many people because of good skin tease others; now realize that skin is made of the third guna of prakriti which we say--Tamas ---from this ignorance spread in this world. In this new age we spend most of time for skin treatment and always want new style clothes. I see many teen-agers who are sick because their parents cannot buy new style clothes. In small desires they spent most of time but In spirituality you need to high thinking. keep your needs less and serve the humanity when you can teach a slum-area-living child to see his eyes happiness you can be delighted do not copy others but be perfect in yourself. keeping ego you always demand more in your life, work hard and get your needs but do not forget the way of serve where you can feel the blessings in life .
Many persons live with hiding Ego. You can see in persons --religious and position ego. they always try in his activities that they are superior and you are low than junior but if you are on the path of spirituality you can ignore because you know very well living with buddha even you cannot leave Ego in yourself, how much you practice after all Ego remain in you. Think about it why we are so Egoistic? Sometimes Ego spread in us because of good karmas. others are involve in bad karma but we are spiritual and always live in good jobs so we are superior from others but in deep thinking you can get rid of Ego. Think mind is working from which power and you can understand from Anandmurti Gurumaa all the theory of mind then you realize there is need of deep practice to live Egoless in world. If you give up yourself on the Lotus feet of Gurumaa. You can realize that there is need to improvement in your living way.
So, On the occasion of Dussehra when you meet Gurumaa then from the flame of wisdom see yourself that there is need to burn many sanskaras in you and you are sleeping like kumbhkaran and in you there is Ravana of Ego. In These days we are celebrating Navratra and Dussehra but when we celebrate festivals with Gurumaa then in Ashram we are not entertaining with burning statue of Ravana, Maghnath, kumbhkaran but feel the flame of wisdom burn the impurities of us and show the path of -Om Tat Sat--.Anand murti Gurumaa guiding you the path of Truth.
