According to Geeta now we understand life with Guru-Gurumaa. God is present in world in two ways Pra Shakti and Apra Shakti you can say Prakriti and also God himself present in everything. Creation can destroy but soul is ultimate truth. in this time we are not realizing soul but we think that this body is our reality but when we see any person died we can see that head, eyes teeth, arms, legs every part of the body is not working now then we understand that something is out of body , we want to know what happened? But we do not get the answer. We sit near Guru-Gurumaa to know this but Gurumaa says with practice you can realize the every fact of life so we try to understand the life with Gurumaa.
Apra shakti which create the everything, Saint say it is Maya .Living in Maya saint also realize , feel and merge with the pra shakti of God .With the guru blessings when you see your own mind -web, you can see how your mind is busy all the day and wasting energy sometimes in imagination, dreaming, desires, sorrows. In this world whatever you get if you are in detachment way you can realize that in every incident God has opened the door for you but you are so busy in your Mind- web that you cannot feel God. so now in meditation time we only try to see what is happening in our mind if you can see the noise of your mind you can get free slowly, there is need of more practice and for this process there is need of meditation because your real way is peace, Anand, eternal.

Gurumaa is Sat Chid Anand if you realise then you feel that you are connected with God and you can feel joy in every condition doing work from body and mind you always live in third condition when you close your eyes for a minute and feel the eternal way of yourself where remain only reality and feel the real way from heart that which you say yourself that all is sink in the sea of peace, light and eternal truth and then you realize the real way of your Guru. People even cannot see the reality but who are feeling they realize and drink the Amrit which is showering on disciple’s heart and they are dancing with joy to find the company of Guru- Gurumaa.
